A quickie (ok, it's actually kind of a longie)

This weekend kicked my ass. I have bags under my eyes to prove it. Friday night we went out for a celebratory Cinco de Mayo dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. Countless margaritas and sangrias later (and over a $100 tab), we barely had room to eat anything.

We rolled out of there and over to the regular Friday night spot. This guy I've been "hanging out" with lately was there too. He proceeded to disgust me by asking my friend about her two girl friends he happened to see the other night. Yes, these girls are beautiful, and he successfully managed to squash any remaining confidence I had by letting us know just how hot they were. Thanks. Talk to you later...and die in a fire.

Saturday, Beth and I woke up from our Meximargasmirnultra-induced comas. Basically, everything we ingested the night before, we had to shake off before donning our teeny bikinis (or tankinis) to go on a boat. A bunch of people chipped in to rent a boat, and we planned to get saucy in the sun for the day. And that we did. Four hours later, a trash can of empties and some slight sunburns later, we were planning our Saturday night festivities.

We ended up at the local beach club bar to watch the sunset. I could already feel the sun taking its toll on me. Pair that with the alcohol and I was ready for bed. We stopped for a quick bite to eat. I was amused to learn that the Silver Spoon serves these hay-like strings with their mozzarella sticks. Weird, but fun when you're drunk. We tried to make it to another bar but by the time we got there, we were running on fumes. We peaced the fuck out and went to bed.

Sunday, I actually caught up on sleep, only to be just as tired when I woke up Monday morning. Instead of going home after work to rest, I paid a visit to P. Yep, the same P from this, this and this. Oh and this, too. Yah, I did a great job of not ever seeing him again, huh? Shutup! I know! Anyway, we've been trying to get together, but between me being apprehensive and him being an asshole, it took us almost two months to actually make it work. I walked in, he seduced me. He's so damn good that I couldn't resist. Matter of fact, I can never resist. He rocks my world. Other than that, he's a complete fuckstick. But he did pay for dinner. Finally.
