- A guy who carries on a great conversation that consists of many topics, none of which include sex (although I did drop a few innuendos, but that's beside the point).
- A guy who specifies a time he will call, and he ACTUALLY calls within an hour of that time.
- A guy who calls IN ADVANCE to say that we may have to reschedule a date because of a last minute, minor emergency.
- A guy who apologizes profusely when we do have to reschedule our date.
And I haven't even met him yet! So far, so good. But I'm not holding my breath. And I knocked on wood. Well, I don't want to jinx myself! I'm just hoping this guy breaks the year-long (or more) streak of not-so-dateworthy guys that have tainted my love life. But again, I'm holding my hopes at a moderate level and I'm not letting them get too high only to have them come crashing down when he doesn't come through. We shall see.
