After a heated debate over the acronym FUPA (pronounced foo-pa, Bethiekins!) and its many meanings, I think the best and most common is "Fat Upper Pussy Area." There are other variances including "Penis"and "Pubic," but they aren't nearly as classy. Here are some other classy examples:
